DECEMBER 2001 BULLETIN

Meeting is THURSDAY, DECEMBER 27, 2001

Visitors are welcome!

The Oregon Bass & Panfish Club will meet on Thursday, December 27, 2001, at 7:30 P.M., in the PGE Service Center Auditorium, 3700 S.E. 17th Avenue, Portland, Oregon.  Our very own Michael Austin will present a program and video on "The G-Loomis Story."  For those of you not familiar with the Loomis name, this program will relate to fishing rods and rod building.  G-Loomis is located near Woodland, Washington.  (Sorry, no home videos this year.  We know you will miss them, but Jim Liddell says we need to be professional!)

Popcorn and pop will be served!  Coffee and tea will also be available.  There might even be a few leftover Christmas cookies to share.  (Donations to help defray the cost of refreshments are always welcome, and we thank you for them.)

ELECTION OF OFFICERS/DIRECTORS AT THIS MEETING.
COME TO THE MEETING TO VOTE AND SHOW YOUR SUPPORT!

NOVEMBER FOOD DONATION PROJECT WAS A SUCCESS, thanks to many contributions from OBPC members and the watchful eyes of Shelby Lunn and Alexis Spencer.  Michael Lunn filled up the pickup with our many donations, which were taken to Shelby's school where they were incorporated with the school's food drive for the Oregon Food Bank.  Cash donations of $37.66 were also sent to the Oregon Food Bank.
